My Story

I have worked in a lot of different roles in my life - I’ve been in the advertising team at Vogue magazines, run events in the Whitsundays, worked in digital marketing, administration, graphic design, and run a multi-million dollar IT business alongside my husband. But when I found life coaching (or it found me ), it was like the heavens parted and the choir of angels sang - I had finally worked out what my ‘why’ was! 

Since originally training as a life coach, I have combined these coaching skills with my Business Management degree from UQ and Profit First Professional certification to best support women in service-based businesses build profitable, sustainable businesses.

My superpower is my calm energy most of my clients say that they feel calmer just being around me! As an introvert, I have a pretty gentle approach to life and business and I utilise a combination of technical knowledge, a love of systems and simplicity, gentle guidance and a little bit of woo-woo (with a liberal sprinkling of fairy dust) to help you create a business and life that you love.

When I’m not supporting brilliant women to bring more of their magic into the world, I am usually hanging out with my other ‘why’ in life - my family. I am lucky enough to have been married to my handsome husband Ben for over 20 years, and together we have three beautiful sons. We live in Brisbane with two delightfully snuggly Cavoodle pups.  In my spare time, you'll usually find me walking with the dogs at our local creek, creating digital art on my ipad, or curled up in bed with dogs at my feet reading a great book.

Coaching incredible humans (like you!) absolutely lights me up. I love witnessing them understand their own why and values, setting up systems and building a wholehearted, profitable business that sets their soul on fire. I feel so darn lucky each and every day that I get to do it!
